[Update] Server Issues

[UPDATE] We are moving our back-end software to a new server for more reliable service to manage the amount of traffic we currently have. This is the software that runs the Youtube Channels, the adult channel, radios and the myMedia Website.

Unfortunately some of the TVs that tried to play Youtube videos during the downtime will still give script errors when they are clicked. Resulting in no menu and this script error, llDialog: message too long, must be less than 512 characters.

To fix the TV and get it working again:

simply paste any youtube url on chat and press enter. You can paste this url on chat
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pF20uyMTqqI
It will get the TV menu back and all the channels working again.Please note in some cases this fix might not work.

If the script error still occurs then the TV scripts will need to be reset. Unfortunately this will reset the saved videos on the TV memory but its the only option if the TV scripts crashed. It will get the TV working again.
You reset the TV scripts by
(a) Right-click on your TV Screen
(b) Select Edit from the Circular Menu
(c)Click on Tools from the SL main menu on top of your sl screen, then from the Tools Menu click on the menu option Reset scripts in selection. This will reset all the scripts in the TV.

If the menu still doesn't come up after this just IM us in-world. We will help you with it.

We found out that our server got overloaded today and went offline. This affected the youtube videos, our radio, website and script errors on some of the TVs.

[Update] We have the server back online right now but we are still testing it. Please bear with us as we work hard to resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconviences. We hope to solve this as soon as possible. I will keep posting as we make progress.
